Requirements for Utility Service

Inside Town Limits Residential Applicants
  • Complete service application
  • Photo ID
  • Lease agreement, closing disclosure or recorded deed
Outside Town Limits Residential Applicants
  • Complete service application
  • Complete annexation form
  • Photo ID
  • Lease agreement, closing disclosure or recorded deed
Landlord Applicants
  • Complete service application (The one that is saved “Landlord Service Application”)
  • Complete landlord property management agreement
  • Photo ID
  • Closing disclosure (If new owner)

Return all documents to customerservice@lexsc.com or the Finance Department at Town Hall at 111 Maiden Lane.

If your bill has increased due to a water leak or filling your pool, you may submit a courtesy leak adjustment request. This service is done as a courtesy and could take up to two or three billing cycles to process. You may request a courtesy leak adjustment by completing the form below. Please submit the completed form and any supporting documents to customerservice@lexsc.com.
