Customer service processes all money that comes in to the town for payments:
- Business license
- CCFs
- Court
- Permits
- Rental fees for town facilities
- Water/sewer payments
The office is also responsible for fielding questions, concerns, complaints from customers via phone, mail and email. Also, processes applications, work orders for customers to set up or maintain their accounts. Handles the cut off procedures for the town on past due accounts. Processes renewal payments for the Business License.
