No concealed weapons.

Dress appropriately - business casual preferred.

No shorts, hats, sunglasses or inappropriate sayings on t-shirts allowed in court.

If you must bring a child with you please notify one of the officers by the door. You may then sit in the foyer and they will let you know when your name and case is called.

The use of cell phones, pagers, and other personal communication devices are not permitted in the courtroom. They must be turned off or in silent mode. If your phone rings while in the courtroom it will be confiscated and disposed of at the discretions of the presiding judge by ruling of the Supreme Court.

No food or drink is allowed in the courtroom.

Sit quietly in the courtroom whenever court is in session. The proceedings are being taped and background noise may interfere with the quality of the taped recordings.
