O&M Submittals

• Final inspection needs to be set up with the Town Utilities Inspector, Kevin Rodgers, 803-358-1542.
• Two (2) sets of as-built drawings, with appropriate easements shown, for approval. Finals to be signed and sealed. - Once approved, an electronic copy is to be emailed to LDillon@lexsc.com
• Deeds & Easements : Easements are to be shown on noted on referenced article be it as-builts, recorded bonded plat, or recorded final plat.

Water

•  A copy of the bacteriological tests.

Sewer

Gravity

•  Video inspection of line with camera equipped with inclimeter, submitted on DVD format (not CD), and written report.
•  Vacuum test
•  Low pressure air test

Lift Station

• Utility transfer letters
•  Drawdown report
•  O&M manuals (2) for all equipment in station

Forcemain

Hydrostatic test: 150* psi for two (2) hours
*depends on head conditions
