Usage for flows needs to be calculated in 300GPD increments, rounding up.

Engineer's submittal shall include, as necessary:

• The overall site plan on one sheet in PDF or compatible format emailed to RNuzzo@lexsc.com .
• Two (2) sets of construction plans including as necessary plans, profiles, and details of water and/or sewer. A few Standard Details and policies are here .
• Appropriate hydraulic calculations.
• We are delegated review for sewer so a complete SCDHEC submittal package, follow section XII B submittal package for sewer http://webserver03.dhec.sc.gov/iieforms/d1970.pdf with a check for $200 made out to Hill Engineering.
• A copy of prepared water application (same form as above).
• An 8½ x 11 location map zoomed into the site with TMS#.
• SCDOT and/or Lexington County Encroachment Permit application(s) need to be filled out with the Town of Lexington as applicant submitted here for signature.

Within Town limits or Contiguous will also require:

• Copy of approved Land Disturbance permit, having been submitted directly to SCDHEC main.
• Three (3) sets of complete plans and calculations for streets and storm drainage, two (2) of which will be submitted to Lexington County for review and inspection to which they will impose their fees.
  NO CONSTRUCTION MAY BEGIN UNTIL AFTER THEIR APPROVAL AND OUR CONSENT

Fees can be estimated as follows but not limited to:

• All projects are charged a review and inspection fee of $1,150.00.
• Fireline tap fee of $750 per inch diameter.
• Sidewalk Fee = $32.78/lf (if not installed by developer)
• Hydraulic Analysis fee of $1,000
• Capital Contribution Fees (CCF)
  

In Town
Sewer CCF = $1900 ea
Water CCF = $1150 ea

Outside Town
Sewer CCF = $3700 ea
Water CCF = $2050 ea

*All fees are due before construction permits can be applied for.
Price of meters varies by size
Irrigation meters also
Approvals are void after six (6) months of inactivity.
