Fort Jackson - Breakfast at Town Hall
The Town of Lexington, Lexington County and the Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center Welcomed Ft. Jackson's new Commanding Generals, Officers and NCOs at a breakfast on May 30, 12 at the Lexington Municipal Complex Conference Center.
The event featured the Posting of the Colors from the Lexington County Color Guard, Pledge by WWII Veteran Mr. George Shealy, Introduction and remarks from Ft. Jackson Command Staff - BG Bryan T. Roberts and BG David K. MacEwen (along with introductions of COL Stephen G. Yackley and CSM Kevin R. Benson) and the Columbia Chamber of Commerce's Chairman of Military Affairs – MG George Goldsmith.
