The Building and Zoning Department: enforces the Land Development Regulations, Zoning and Sign Ordinances and the International Building Codes; produces agendas and coordinates meetings of the Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Building Board Code of Appeals; issues building, zoning and appeal permits.
