The following information is provided to aid in the submittal of projects to the Town of Lexington, please understand that projects vary and some things/fees may not be as indicated here.

Plan Submittals

The following will take you through the process of submitting plans to the Town of Lexington for review and inspection and ultimately the ownership and operation of sewer and/or water mains. Included are required documentation as well as forms and fee schedules to estimate charges, which will be necessary to acquire SCDHEC Construction Permits through the Town.

Service Availability:

A map can be requested showing the location of existing Town of Lexington services and its proximity to the Town limits. Please email your request to LDillon@lexsc.com , with 'Service Availability' as the subject header and include the following information: Tax map number
(TMS #), acreage, and land owner's name. You may also phone in your request to 803-356-5922.

To request a Flow Test , fax completed form and location map to 803-951-4648.

Materials/Specifications:

If a contractor or developer has any questions regarding Town specifications in the infrastructure for water and sewer service, please contact Kevin Rodgers, Town Inspector, at 803-358-1542.
