Customer Service

Job Responsibilities


The customer service position receipts all money that comes in to the town for payments:
  • Business license
  • CCFs
  • Court
  • Permits
  • Rental fees for town facilities
  • Water/sewer payments
The office is also responsible for fielding questions, concerns, complaints from customers via phone, mail and email. Also, processes applications, work orders for customers to set up or maintain their accounts. Position also handles the cut off procedures for the town on past due accounts. Set up new Business License as well as process renewal payments for the Business License.
