To request a jury trial you will need to come to the Clerk of Court's office before the day of court to fill out a Request for Jury Trial.
If you have an attorney we must receive a letter of representation and jury trial request from your attorney before your court date. Note: Your attorney will not be recognized without the letter of representation.
If you still want a jury trial and have not done the paperwork you must come to your scheduled court date and time to request a trial.
If you need to apply for a court appointed attorney you must request a Public Defender by coming in to the Clerk of Court's Office:
